Directions For Use

For a delicious high protein, muscle building recovery shake or smoothie, just mix three to four level scoops of Strydom Pro Series Mass Builder (± 120-150 g) with 400 - 500 ml cold water or milk. Serving suggestion – place powder in a blender, add a few ice blocks, add 400 ml cold milk and blend to create an ultra smooth, delicious, muscle building milk shake.

Take one full serving immediately on completion of training session or alternatively take half a serving after training and the other half a serving during the course of the day.

Serving size, amount of liquid and number of daily servings should be adjusted to meet individual taste preferences and daily nutritional requirements. Strydom Professional Series Mass Builder is fully instantized, mixing easily with a spoon without the need for a messy blender.
